Squat! A complex movement involving many moving parts from the shoulders and upper back all the way down to the feet and ankles. If you think your squat could use some work, this workshop will help you identify what is holding you back. Squat depth, quality, and stance are all unique to you! In order to give you the best squat possible we will take the time to dive into corrective exercises to improve squat mobility! Come ready to move and analyze your squat! Class limited to 8 athletes.
