Theme: WODi Gras

Dress up in your favorite Mardi Gras outfit and join us for a fun evening at the gym. We will be doing Coach Jeremy's favorite Open Workout 15. 1 & 15.1A. After the workout will be a fun time to hang out and socialize. Bring a friend and a snack to share.

15.1 & 15.1A

Two Parts in 15 minutes
(15.1) AMRAP in 9 minutes
15 Toes-to-Bars
10 Deadlifts (115/75 lb)
5 Snatches (115/75 lb)
Then ("15.1A"), from 9:00-15:00
1-Rep-Max Clean-and-Jerk

We will have modified versions of the workout for everyone to participate.
